Challenge: Digital product teams struggled to retrieve historical research and performance insights, resulting in duplicate work, slow decision-making, and workflow friction.
My role: Led vendor selection and acted as cross-functional implementation lead to integrate a SaaS insights repository into the organization’s ecosystem. Defined success criteria, aligned stakeholders on milestones, assigned ownership, and coordinated rollout across teams.
Outcome: Achieved 100+ active users with ~30% recurring usage and reduced time-to-insight by approximately 20%, improving decision velocity across digital teams.
Challenge: Product and marketing managers across different product lines needed to independently collect and operationalize customer feedback without relying on centralized research support.
My role: Designed and delivered structured coaching sessions and a lightweight feedback playbook. Built automated pipelines and a scalable feedback community to support continuous discovery and insight generation.
Outcome: Expanded feedback community to 1,600+ users and enabled product and marketing managers to independently run ongoing customer interviews, increasing self-sufficiency and reducing dependency on centralized support while reducing insight cycle time from months to weeks.
Challenge: Distributed product insight specialists operated without a centralized team and learning structures, leading to inconsistent workflows, underutilization of SaaS research tools, and friction in onboarding new practitioners.
My role: Designed and operationalized a community-of-practice model supporting 25+ professionals across multiple product teams. Established onboarding pathways, standardized tool usage practices, and facilitated structured knowledge-sharing and working groups.
Outcome: Improved practitioner satisfaction, increased tool usage consistency, and accelerated overall practice maturity across teams.
Challenge: Teams and individuals get overwhelmed with options to choose from and need a prioritization process. In addition, they need to preserve what led to these decisions over time so they can go back to it, review, and improve their processes over time. In the past, I did it with Mural, Miro, etc., but these tools are not interactive, and files can get lost over time. I decided to build an app that better tackles this issue.
My role: Designed and built the NextPriority app with Base44. I documented the roadmap in public on my Substack. The system was used by dozens of users.
Outcome: The app improves visual decision-making, as well as the preservation of decision memory by teams and individuals. Nowadays, the app contains templates and a how-to guide for a smooth onboarding.
